What does the three -phase asynchronous motor nameplate mean?

1. Model:

"Y" in Y112M-4 indicates that the Y series rat cage asynchronous motor (YR represents a winding asynchronous motor), "112" indicates the center height of the motor is 112mm, "M" means the mid-machine seat (L represents long machine seats, L S means short machine seats), "4" represents 4 polar motors.

Some electric motor models also have a number behind the seat code, representing the Iron Heart, such as the "2" behind S in the Y132S2-2 model indicating that the No. 2 Iron Heart (1 is Tiexin length).

2. The rated power:

When the motor runs in the rated state, the mechanical power that can be output on the axis is called the rated power.

3. The rated speed:

The speed at the rated state is called the rated speed.

4. The rated voltage:

The rated voltage is the wire voltage value that the motor should be added on the rated operating state and the motor stator winding. The rated voltage of the Y series motor is 380V. For motors with a power of less than 3KW, their stator winding is star -shaped, and 4KW or more is triangular connection.

5. The rated current:

When the motor is rated with a rated voltage, when the rated power is output on the axis, the line current value of the stator from the power supply is called the rated current.

6. Protection level:

Refers to the protection level of the human body from contacting the motor rotation, the inside of the motor, and the prevention of the solid foreign body from entering the motor.

7. LW value:

LW value refers to the total noise level of the motor. The smaller the LW value, the lower the noise of the motor. The noise unit is DB.

8. Working system:

Refers to the operation of the motor. Generally divided into "continuous" (code S1), "short -term" (codename S2), "intermittent" (code S3)

9. The rated frequency:

In the rated running state, the frequency of the power supply connected to the stator winding is called the rated frequency. The rated frequency stipulated in my country is 50Hz

10. Plot method:

It means that the motor is under the rated voltage, and the connection method of the stator winding (star connection and triangular connection).
