5. Certifications & Compliance

The GSS-Li Rack Series is tested against IEC 62040-3 for UPS performance classification. Output THDu values (≤2% linear, ≤5% non-linear) are measured per IEC 62040-3 test conditions. LiFePO4 battery cells used in RB models comply with applicable lithium battery safety standards; 50Ah/100Ah external battery packs used in RL models carry their own cell-level safety certification.

Standard Interfaces

EPO and RS232 are standard on all six GSS-Li Rack models. The EPO input is particularly relevant for rack-mount LiFePO4 UPS units deployed in data center rows: a wired EPO connection to the room-level EPO panel ensures the lithium battery system can be safely de-energized from a remote panel in an emergency, complementing the LiFePO4 pack's own cell-level protection circuitry.

Optional Accessories

  • SNMP Card — network-addressable monitoring that reports LiFePO4 battery state-of-health, state-of-charge, and cycle count alongside standard UPS status — giving data center teams visibility into lithium battery aging that is not available from a standard SNMP card on a lead-acid system.
