1: Impeller wind speed instrument

Due to the composition of the impeller and counting machine, there are two types of internal setting device and without a dating device. The sensitivity of the wind speed instrument is below 0.5m/s, and the measurement range is 0.5-10m/s. It is mainly used to measure air-conditioning equipment such as sealing and surface heat exchangers, water spraying rooms.

The self -record impeller wind speed instrument, the long pointer in the middle of the dial is 100m, and at the same time, the short pointer in the upper right corner of the dial takes a scale, and the short pointer walks a circle is 1000m. The red chronograph pointer on the left side of the dial is 120s for each lap, of which the front and rear 30 seconds are preparation and ending time, and the actual counting time is 60s.

The use of this wind speed instrument is as follows:

1: Gently press back to the zero pressure rod before use, so that the length and short needles are returned to zero.

2: Handheld instrument or tie the instrument on the torque wooden rod and place it at the point to make the leaf wheel pages vertically at the air flow direction. Select the page with the impeller to vertically at the air flow direction. After the leaf rotation rotates normally, press the movement rod, and the finger should be posted as soon as possible.

3: After walking for 30S, you can hear the click. The wind speed pointer began to move. After 60s, you can hear the sound of the card, the internal departure of the touch, and the wind speed pointer stops walking (the red needle is stopped by the 30S red needle). At this time, the sum of the reading pointer is the wind speed per minute, except at 60 wind speed per second. Then according to the instrument instructed the wind speed, the actual wind speed was found on the inspection curve chart of the instrument.

4: After the test is completed, press the zero pressure rod to return to zero, prepare the next test.

5: When using the impeller wind speed instrument without a dating device, generally hold the wind speed instrument and one hand holder. When the impeller is empty for about 30s, the wind speed instrument and the stopwatch are started at the same time. After 60s, the stopwatch and wind speed instrument will be stopped at the same time.

6: The upper limit of the measurement range shall not be used to use the wind speed instrument. It is strictly forbidden to touch and motion the impeller by hand. The instrument should prevent falling and collision. After use, wipe it clean and put it in the box to save it. Every six months to one year, the measurement department shall be verified once.
