[Abstract]: In the case of cleaning the fuel system pipelines, fuel tanks and other containers, inject lubricating oil (transparent oil) specified in the fuel tank in the fuel tank. The amount of oil shall be at the prescribed limit (2/3 of the equivalent oil surface), and the oil temperature shall not be lower than 25 ° C.
The operation method of lubricating oil system is as follows:
1) In the case of cleaning the fuel system pipelines, fuel tanks and other containers, inject lubricating oil (transparent oil) specified in the fuel tank in the fuel tank. The amount of oil shall be at the prescribed limit (2/3 of the equivalent oil surface), and the oil temperature shall not be lower than 25 ° C.
If it is lower than 25 ° C, you need to warm it with steam. Otherwise, due to oil temperature protection, the main electric motor cannot start.
2) Open the valve of the lubricating oil circulation system, and ensure that the pipe system is tight, without oil and air leakage.
3) Connect the oil cooler -oil filter. If the oil temperature is lower than 25 ° C, the cooling water is not added for the time being. After driving, add cooling water after the oil temperature rises.
4) Start the auxiliary hydraulic pump, check the cycle of the oil system, and adjust the oil pressure to the range of 78.5-117.7KPa.
